Handles applications for Master’s and PhD programs across all college departments, overseeing admission procedures until the final university decree granting the degree is issued. -
Scientific Affairs Division
Monitors the scientific activities of faculty members, issues orders to form scientific and examination committees, manages scholarships and cultural relations, and organizes scientific conferences within the college. -
Studies and Planning Division
Prepares analytical studies, develops strategic academic plans, tracks performance indicators to ensure college goals are met, and provides monthly/annual statistics and reports to the university and ministry. -
Computer and Internet Division
Manages and regularly updates the college’s website, provides technical support for email systems for faculty, students, divisions, and departments, and ensures continuity of electronic services. -
Library Division
Provides printed and electronic information resources for students and researchers, supports digital reading services, and organizes cultural events related to books. -
Continuing Education Division
Organizes training courses and specialized workshops for faculty, staff, and students to develop their skills and keep pace with scientific advancements. -
Registration and Student Affairs Division
Manages student registration from the announcement of central admission results until graduation document issuance, tracks academic progress, and resolves administrative obstacles. -
