  • - Issuing commendation letters to recognize outstanding contributions.

  • - Allocating necessary financial resources to scientific departments, in coordination with department heads.

  • - Granting cash bonuses to high-performing staff.

  • - Recommending disciplinary investigations for college employees, in compliance with the State Employees Discipline Law.
